1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to DealEdge PRO and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It is available once per account and is not renewable on subsequent billing cycles or plan changes.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our 7-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial PRO subscription purchase
- The request must come from the email address associated with your DealEdge account
- Your account must not have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- This is your first refund request — the guarantee applies once per customer
Refunds requested after the 7-day window are not eligible under this policy. We evaluate late requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email support@dealedgeapp.com from the email address on your DealEdge account
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [your email]"
- Include a brief reason for your request (optional, but appreciated)
- We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process your refund
You do not need to provide extensive documentation or justification. If you're within the 7-day window, we will process your refund.
4. Processing & Timeline
Once your refund is approved:
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation within 1 business day of your request
- Refund issuance: Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 1–3 business days of approval
- Bank processing: Depending on your card issuer, the credit may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
Upon processing a refund, your PRO access will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately. Your account and session history will be preserved.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free plan usage — No payment is required; no refund applies
- Trial codes — Trial access is provided at no cost; no refund applies
- Renewal charges — Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period are non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges
- Partial billing periods — We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle
- Accounts terminated for cause — Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your DealEdge PRO subscription at any time by contacting us at support@dealedgeapp.com.
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain full PRO access through the end of your paid period
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan at the end of the billing cycle
- Your session history and progress data will be preserved
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 7-day guarantee window and submit a refund request.
